Then let’s talk Emma Roberts – what an amazing color on the dark-haired beauty. The deep mustard colored corseted Brian Reyes dress was both fresh and edgy. We also loved her small earrings and pulled back hair. The whole look was polished off to perfection with great Brian Atwood booties. One of our favorite Pretty Little Liars, Lucy Hale, rocked the carpet in her funky cocktail dress from Paule Ka. And booties must have been the shoe of the night, as that’s what this lady chose also. But what we really can’t take our eyes off is her amazing hair! Rounding out our little list, is the always gorgeous Victoria Justice.
